Due to the unique nature of our handmade, one-of-a-kind, vintage, and consignment products, all purchases are final.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. Variations in handmade and one-of-a-kind items are expected and are not considered defects.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to select a secure delivery location and monitor tracking information.
