Shipping Rates

We currently offer:

• C$20 flat-rate shipping on most orders within Canada.
• C$30 flat-rate shipping for oversized items, including cow skulls and resin serving boards.
• Free shipping on orders over C$200 (excluding oversized items).

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as Canada Post or other available shipping partners.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Free local pickup is available at:

Balzac, Alberta Just minutes outside of Calgary

Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup.

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Items

Many of our products are handmade or one of a kind.

Some listings may offer multiple available variations. When applicable, we may contact you by text message after purchase to help you select your preferred available item before your order is shipped.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, Strikes or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. This will need to be addressed with the carrier and is out of our control.
