Sweet, golden and locally produced, this pure unpasteurized honey comes from The Big White Barn’s beehives, located only 15 minutes from Balzac. Its naturally rich flavour is delicious stirred into tea or coffee, drizzled over toast and oatmeal, added to recipes or enjoyed straight from the spoon.

Because this honey is pure and unpasteurized, natural crystallization may occur over time. This is completely normal and does not affect its quality. Straight from the hive to your table.
